With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ann Elizabeth Smuniewski of Charleston, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 8, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Teresa Peragallo Marth and James Marth Sr.; her daughter Mary Lynn Smuniewski; her parents-in-law, Elsie Smuniewski and Stanley Smuniewski Sr.; and her brother-in-law Allen Pritchard.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Smuniewski Jr.; her children, Michelle Nichols (Chris), Michael Smuniewski (Jennifer), Mark Smuniewski (Cathy) and Kevin Smuniewski (Jennifer); her siblings, Linda Henry (Tom), Nancy Pritchard (Allen) and James Marth Jr. (Susan); and her grandchildren, Donnie Tyrell, Amanda Shaw, Ashley Tyrell, Matthew Smuniewski, Drew Smuniewski, Mackenzie Nichols, Madeline Nichols, Michael Smuniewski Jr. and Caden Smuniewski. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
