It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Dorothy Davis of Charleston, South Carolina, born in Walterboro, South Carolina, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Boyd Boston Davis; her parents, Gus E. Hiers and Winnie Ann Craven; her sister Jeannie Crosby of Walterboro, SC; and her son Harold B. Davis.

She is survived by: her children, Jimmy L. Davis of Charleston, SC, Ray T. Davis (Alicia) of Charleston, SC, Carolyn J. Davis of Charleston, SC and Lynda A. Maddox (Leon) of Savannah, GA. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
