She was predeceased by: her husband Joshua Sovreign Weeks, Jr.; her parents, Rubin Asbury Shuler and Barbara Ellen Grimes Shuler; and her sisters, Mary Fleming and Julia Pearson.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Weeks Honeycutt (Bill), David Joshua Weeks (Joy) and Daniel William Weeks (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Trey Truluck (Kelly), Kimberly Truluck-Hamilton, Leila Weeks, Josh Weeks, Taylor Weeks, Cooper Weeks and Quinn Weeks; her great grandchildren, Alicia Truluck, Zachary Truluck, Kailyn Truluck, Malia Hamilton, Kaylee Hamilton and Liana Hamilton; and her sisters, Sarah Hilton and Carolyn Benton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Barbara's memory to James Island Baptist Church.
