She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Erwin Whaley and Ruby Maness Whaley Cook. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Veronee, Jr.; her children, Kimberly Lynn Veronee Blitch (Derek) of Charleston, SC and Robert C. Veronee, III (Treva) of Charleston, SC; her brother Michael E. Whaley (Joni) of Highpoint, NC; and her grandchildren, Lincoln Blitch, Layne Blitch and Na'Shon Inman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
