He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ardell Simmons and Ethel Lee Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bischoff Simmons; and his children, Debra Elizabeth Mollander, Clyde Larry Parnell (Beth), Patricia Simmons Bradley (JB) and William Travis Simmons (Janet). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
