He is survived by: his children, Betty Joyce Hamilton (Gorman) of Weirsdale, FL, Mary Theresa Derrick and Cecil L Matthews, Jr. (Lynda Strickland) of Effingham; his stepdaughter Esther Whitney (Shirley Bridges) of Sylvania, GA; his grandchildren, Chryston, Brandon, Ashley and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Haileigh, Chloe, Paighten, Abigail, Brooke and Clarrisa; his brother Wesley Levonne (Joann) of Florence, SC.; and his caregiver Chaplin Andrea.
