It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile Doughty Rasmussen of Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on April 14, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Louis Charles Rasmussen Sr.; her children, Louis Charles Rasmussen (Gini), Kurt LeGarde, Jan Cecile and Lisa Ann Rasmussen; her grandchildren, Erin, Brian (Jackie), Anne, Dana Rasmussen, Louis LeGarde Smith and Aiden Ellis; her great grandchildren, Elliot, Isla, Hazel Rasmussen and Luca Rasmussen-Shah; and her sibling's children, Giselle Morris (John) and Deborah Madebach (Jim).
