She was predeceased by: her husband Moses George Forrest; her son Dennis Forrest; her parents, Benjamin Dennis and Virginia Myers Dennis; and her siblings, Rev. Benjamin Dennis, Alphonzo Dennis, Rena Green, Eloise Williams, Florence Dennis and Sara Morehead.
She is survived by: her daughters, Richardene Forrest-Thweatt and Kerri Forrest; her grandchildren, Antrell Thweatt Kelley and Ashley Thweatt; and her sister Ethel Poole.
