We announce the death of Charles Roupas of Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 83. Charles will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roupas and Katherine Roupas. He is survived by: his wife Helen P. Roupas; his daughter Victoria Hutson; his son-in-law Donald Hutson Jr.; his grandchildren, Charlie of Charleston, Alex of Charleston and Logan Hutson of Charleston; and his siblings, Nancy Kapordelis and James Roupas.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Building Project Campaign by Panagia Prousiotissa Greek Orthodox Monastery (https://secure.givelively.org), located in Troy, North Carolina .
