She was predeceased by: her parents, Emily Arndt Chaplin and Joseph O. Chaplin, Jr.; and her brother Joseph Wayne Chaplin. She is survived by: her husband Ed Mullis; her son Allie Oswald of James Island, SC; and her siblings, Cindy Galloway (Tommy) of Bonneau, SC and Michael Chaplin of Ravenel, SC. She is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the James Island Baptist Church (2023 Wappoo Dr, Charleston, SC 29412). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
