He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Chancy and Lucille Grant; his brothers, Kenneth, Bruce, Albert, Bernard and Kevin; his granddaughter Del'Naziah Kinloch; and his nephew William Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Ward and Gibran Lamont Grant (Twanna); his siblings, Thomas Grant, Velma Stamp (José), Darwin Grant and Lynn Grant; his grandchildren, Sterlynn Ward, Olivia Grant, Ra'Deshia Gregorie and De'Antra Kinloch; and his friend Sandra Ward. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.
