He is survived by: his wife Betty Fitzgerald; his son Curtis Wayne Fitzgerald II (Mekayla C. Fitzgerald); his pet Gracee Hope; his mother Ada Waller; his stepfather Paul Waller; his brother Fred Fitzgerald; and his stepchildren, Ronnell, Steve Nader, Christine Watring, Trey, Samantha Patton and Bobby Patton.
