He is survived by: his wife Judy Freeman Fulgham; his children, Amber Fulgham McKenzie (Dewayne) of Brandon, MS, Kasey Fulgham Read (Jake) of Charleston, SC. and Bryan Fulgham of Brandon, MS; his siblings, Martha Fulgham McMinn (Ronny) of Maben, MS, Lorene Fulgham Cox (Bobby) of Maben, MS and Howard Fulgham, Jr. (Paula) of Ash Flat, AR; and his grandchildren, Chloe Fulgham, Wyatt McKenzie, Waylon McKenzie and Myers Read.
