He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Leonard Buckner, Sr. and Rosa Nettles Buckner; his siblings, Doris (Jack), Fowler Hardy (Bill), Gloria Jean Buckner, Guy Leonard Buckner and Donald Buckner (Myrtle Rae); and his stepsons, Gene Nunley (Karen), Perry Winnig (Barbara) and Robert Winnig.
He is survived by: his daughters, Davita Ivey (Tony) of Moncks Corner, SC and Lisa Sterling (Dan) of Dyer, TN; and his stepchildren, Rose Swann, Barbara O'Connor, Debra Ramsey (Doug), Tammy Sarvis, Thomas Nunley (Linda) and Hal Sarvis.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Ravenel, but flowers will also be accepted.
