He was predeceased by: his parents, Seymour Joseph Wasserman and Ann Theresa Comizio Wasserman. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Nereida Quiles-Wasserman; his daughters, Selene Buckley (Stephen Buckley) and Lely Chichetti (Steven Chichetti); his sisters, Anne Marie Wasserman-Starro and Debra A. Hernandez; his grandchildren, Liana E. Omar, Jacob A. Delvalle, Brianna McNabb and Danielle Buckley; and his great grandchild Leo McNabb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephew.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Russell Funeral Chapel (107 W Main St, Moncks Corner, SC 29461). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mepkin Abbey Columbarium (1098 Mepkin Abbey Rd, Moncks Corner, SC 29461).
