He was predeceased by: his parents, David Henry Williams and Erline Daniel Williams; his wife Betty Cabel Giles; his grandson Brent Parish Williams; and his sisters, Page Virginia Williams and Mary Williams Long.
He is survived by: his children, David Giles Williams (Beth Parish) of Rockland, ME, Susan C. Williams of Brunswick, OH and Sally D. Williams of Daniel Island, SC..
