He is survived by: his daughter Joyce Jones; his grandchildren, Blue Spivey (Tami), Brett Spivey (Meagan) and April Spivey; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Spivey, Aiden Spivey, Ashton Coker, Sally Spivey and Nora Spivey.
