He was predeceased by : his parents, William Wesley Bennett and Edith Delores Moon; his stepmother Ilsa Bennett; and his siblings, Patricia Wilson Sollars and William Wesley Bennett.
He is survived by : his wife Linda "Lin" Carol Bennett; his sons, Michael Bennett (Lisa), Jim Bennett (Vanessa) and Dan Caltagirone (Theresa); his grandchildren, Patrick, Bryan, Meghan, Hunter, Jacob, Ethan and Mara; his sister Pamela Wilson Bloink (Jerry); his father-in-law Hank Simpson; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Simpson Fulghum (Phil) and Sandie Simpson Puffinburger (Bobby); and his nieces and nephews, Tina, Carrie, Shannon, Robert Solocinski, Grant Fulghum (Esther), Robby Puffinburger and Danielle Puffinburger Grooms (Randy).
