He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Levi Luce Meredith and Pearl Irene Perry Meredith; his wife Omanella Hilliard Meredith; and his granddaughter Mary Elizabeth Nikides. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Meredith Nikides (Bill) of Billings, MT and Jane Meredith Cooke (Mark) of Charleston, SC; his brother Robert Meredith of Murrells Inlet, SC; and his grandchildren, Meredith Nikides, Martha Burleson, Rachel Simonis, Seth DiAsio, Joel Cooke, Hannah Marquis and Sarah Cooke.
