It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth B. Swinton (Charleston, South Carolina), who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Swinton, Sr.; and her siblings, Marie, Susan, Rebecca, Isaac, Florence, Edward and Samuel.

She is survived by: her children, Harold Lee Swinton (Diana), Mary Swinton Ayers, Carolyn Delores Swinton, Louise Swinton Johnson (Phillip), Lynda Swinton-Whiteside (Micheal), Rev. William Swinton, Jr. (Cheryl) and Adriane Yvette Swinton-Hayes (Collin); and her sisters-in-law, Blossie Mae Curnell and Annie Brown. She is also survived by grandchildren and fifteen (15) great grandchildren.
