It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Barrow of Charleston, South Carolina, born in Andrews, South Carolina, who passed away on August 2, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick B. Huggins Senior and Willie Stringer Huggins; and her husband Melvin Barrow of Charleston, SC.. She is survived by: her brother Frederick B. Huggins Jr. (Mary Frances Huggins) of Charleston, SC; and her caregiver Elizabeth Northrup of Charleston, SC.
