She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Douglas of Glasgow Scotland and Irene Douglas of Glasgow Scotland; her husband Sam Engelhardt; her children, S. Martin Engelhardt of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Sara E. G. Engelhardt of Richmond, VA.; her daughter-in-law Rochelle Gerber; her grandson Sam L. R. Engelhardt; and her siblings-in-law, Bonner Engelhardt, Marlow Engelhardt Peters (John) and Harriet Engelhardt Johnston (Frank).
At her request there will be a small graveside service, and in lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Hospice of Montgomery, AL or Roper Hospice Charleston SC.
