She is survived by: her sister Martha Rivers Ingram; her nieces and nephews, Orrin, John, David and Robin Patton; her brother John M. Rivers, Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Martha, Caroline and Minott; her stepson Peter Lewine (Deborah); her stepgranddaughters, Mary, Annie Esme and Eliza; her stepdaughter Cornelia Fortier (Russ); and her stepgrandson Richard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the ECRL Scholarship Fund at Ashley Hall School, The Charleston Symphony Orchestra, or the charity of one's choice.
