She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston Kot and Lillian Kot; and her brother Ray Kot. She is survived by: her husband Brock Henning; her sister Linda Wan; her brother-in-law Paul Wan; her nieces and nephews, Sonia Lee (Wan), Janet Wan, Roger Wan and Drew Kot; and her pets, Danny and Toaz.
NOTE: In lieu of flowers, I kindly request that donations be made to a spinal cord research organization (Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation) in Emily's memory.
