He is survived by: his brother Harley Hickman (Novice); his daughters, Janet Middlebrooks and Syliva Parsley (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Kainon, Olivia Middlebrooks, Makayla Self (Daniel), Spencer Parsley (Alysa) and Rachel Mott (Logan); and his great grandchild Evelyn Self. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
