He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Schaffner Klare; his former wife Anna Lee Klare; and the mother of his children Anna Lee Klare. He is survived by: his wife Constance Klare; his children, Kevin Klare, Brendan Klare (Jessica), Kelly Klare and Kristy Klare; his stepson Erik Voss; his sister Anne Sullivan; his brother-in-law Timothy Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Kaden Harvey, Alice Klare and Lacey Klare.
