He is survived by: his children, David Miley of Chicago, IL and Heather; his son-in-law Andy Lebeis; his grandchildren, Carina Lebeis and Henry Lebeis of Underhill, VT; his sister Nelle; his brother-in-law Danny Derrickson of Mountain Home, AR.; Louise Miley.
