It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Wallace of Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalie Meggett Wallace and Frank Wallace; and his siblings, Wilhelmena M. Greene, Sarah Wallace, James Wallace, Jonathan Wallace and Rosetta Wallace.

He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph "Joe" Wallace and Samuel "Gene" Wallace. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
