With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald Callahan of Charleston, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 13, 2026 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Callahan (Miller) of Charleston, SC; his parents, Frank J. Callahan and Evelyn Marie Brincheck (Olson Callahan); his sisters, Kay Bokor (Callahan) and Pat Schofield (Callahan); and his son Glenn.
He is survived by: his son Steven; his grandchildren, Sean and Shae Marie; his extended family, Trevor, Laura and Ainsley; his friends, Bob Moss and Bill Yaun; Tyler and Connor.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the building fund at Union United Methodist Church, 7582 Woodrow St, Irmo, SC 29063.
