He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Denison Lewis and Ruth Iona Harriman Lewis; and his wife Pamela Payne Lewis. He is survived by: his sons, Peter H. Lewis and Kevin A. Lewis; his grandchildren, Amanda, Chelsea, Gabrielle, Gwendolen and Bennett; and his great grandchild Bodhi.
