He was predeceased by: his parents, Harris Milligan and Lucy Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his son Mike (Meghan) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; his grandchildren, Cal and Marina; his son Chris (Christy) of Bentonville, AR; his grandson Brett; his sister-in-law Kitty (Chris) of Wilmington, NC; and his nieces and nephews, Charles and Kelly.
