She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius "JJ" Coachman Green and Sara Trenholm Green; her sister Emily Green House; her brother-in-law Markus "Mark" House; and her stepmother Doris "Dody" Cart Green.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph; her children, Ralph Langford Laney III (Maggie) and Katherine Laney Schiller (Matthew); and her grandchildren, Emily Gyles Laney, Anna Katherine Schiller, Margaret Trenholm Laney (Mattie) and Matthew Langford Schiller.
