He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanne; his parents, Maxie and James; and his brothers, Lacy, Tracy and Billy.
He is survived by: his children, Dwight Burke (Leigh) of Mt. Pleasant and Sandra Burke Boyd (Gordon) of Blythewood, SC; his granddaughters, Amanda Boyd Windham (Sean), Amanda Windham (Sean) of Columbia, SC and Taylor Boyd of Blythewood; and his sister Lou Sizemore of Mt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
