She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Shepard and Ruth Shepard of Wilson, NC.; her husband Charles Aydlette, Sr.; and her siblings, Alice Plaatje and Ray Shepard, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Charles Aydlette Jr. (Heather), John Aydlette and Richard Aydlette; her granddaughters, Catherine Casias (Garrett), Elizabeth Aydlette and Lydia Aydlette; and her siblings, Gail Boswell (Tommy) and Philip Shepard (Angel). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
