He was predeceased by: his parents, George Anthony Flannery, Jr. and Alice Jeannette Childers Smoak. He is survived by: his stepfather James "Podge" Smoak; his daughters, Heather Nicole Baynard, Florence, Breanna Nicole Flannery (Tim Amey) and Emily Danielle Thorne (Tucker) of Hinesville, GA; his stepsons, David Barwick and Brandon Williams; his siblings, Ernest Moore (Shirley), Stevie Moore (Susie), Larry Moore, Robbie Flannery (Brenda), Mary Garwood (Luke), Holly Hill, Darlene Bradford (Ray) and Pamela Judy; his grandchildren, Skyler, Chloe Parker, Hayden, Brantley Matthews, Layla Minus and Nolan Barwick; and his pets, Rhodie, Lily, Josie and Ozzy.
