It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Clark Lowe Jr. of Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Clarke Lowe and Edr Reeves Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Melody Leigh Easterby-Lowe of Charleston, SC; his daughter Danielle Lowe Reid (Phil) of Charleston, SC; his stepsons, Donald James Hickman, Jr. (Mamie) and James Hugh Hickman (Taylor) of Charleston, SC; his sisters, Bonnie Gorman-Miller (Jesse) of Edisto Island, SC and Annetta Lowe of Venice Beach, FL; and his daughters-in-law, Amanda Lowe (Todd) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Lola Lowe of Goose Creek, SC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
