He is survived by: his wife Myra A. Hoover of Charleston, SC; his sons, Todd Hoover (Ruth) and Craig Hoover (Molly); his grandchildren, Laura Phillips (Robert), Alex Hays (Ceiledh), Anya Hoover, Sasha Hoover, Henry Hoover and Jackson Hoover; his great grandchildren, Austin Phillips and Sarah Phillips; and his brother Ronald Hoover (Ina).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lake City Memorial Park (522 W Main St, Lake City, SC 29560).
