He is survived by: his wife Lora Heather Antley; his daughter Chandler Antley Hood (Alexander Shea Hood); his grandchildren, Bryson Antley, Londyn Hood and Xander Hood; and his siblings, Rachael Antley and J. B. Antley (Grace Antley). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites friends and loved ones to honor Dale by spending a day at the beach, with toes in the sand, enjoying good music, picking up litter, or making a donation to brain cancer research in his memory.
