She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Morris and Hazel Morris; her husband George Karnazes; and her siblings, Lee Zobel and Roy Morris.
She is survived by: her son Ernest George Karnazes of Mount Pleasant, SC; her grandchildren, Sarah Nelson (Charlie), Leah Hughes (Claibourne), George Karnazes, Christopher Karnazes and Kate Karnazes; her great grandchild Walker Hughes; and her sister Dianne Parker (Phil). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Trinity.
