She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Ward and Yvonne Ward; her husband Charles L. Wiggins, Sr.; her in-laws, Lawrence and Leona Wiggins; her brother J. Howard Ward; her brother-in-law Ronnie Wiggins; and her nephews, John H. Ward, Jr. and Mark Wiggins.
She is survived by: her children, Charla W. Gamble, Charles L. Wiggins, Jr. (Chuck) and John W. Wiggins; her grandchildren, Bryan Gamble (Alyssa), Marie Hartwell (Randy), Cathryn Hines (Chris), Sara Gamble, Charlie Wiggins, Jason Wiggins (Chrissy), David Wiggins, Ashley W. Aicardi (Richard) and Christy W. Neipp (Andy); her great grandchildren, Abby, Mary Dubose Gamble, Riley, Jackson Hartwell, William, Charlie Hines, Maya, Cannon Wiggins, Giacobbe, Gianluca, Giavanna Aicardi, Hadley, Palmer Cate and Bowen Neipp; her brother Harvey L. Ward; and her nieces and nephews, Ron Wiggins, Harvey L Ward, Jr., Kathy Ward and Elizabeth Moore.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials in Joyce's honor to Bethany United Methodist Church.
