The memory of Kathy Leigh Wrenn of Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on October 12, 2025 at the age of 76, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Kathy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kathy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Gibbs Galloway and Georgette Elaine Perryman; and her former husband David Wrenn. She is survived by: her daughter Amey Wrenn; her close friend Tom Rigsby; her siblings, Meredith Kistner (Richard) and Theodore Galloway (Karen); her niece Sara; and her nephew Mark Galloway.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Reading Partners South Carolina or the Gibbes Museum of Art, in honor of Kathy's lifelong love of learning and the arts.
