She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hampton Zobel, Sr.; her parents, Jesse Dasher Waters and Ruth Alma Lee Waters; her son Chuck Zobel; and her grandson Craig Massey, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Penny Massey (Craig), Robert Zobel, Jr. (Marty) and Larry Zobel (Kathy); and her grandchildren, Hap Lempesis (Laura), Jess Lempesis (Lea), Porter Massey (Jen), Bebe Z. Pickett (Tim), Robby Zobel, III (Casey Chance), Travis Zobel (Lisa), Allison Z. Anderson (Jay), Lawren Z. Carter (Corey) and Katy Z. Quirk (Michael). She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church (714 Riverdale Dr, Charleston, SC 29407). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at the Live Oak Memorial Gardens (3093 Ashley River Rd, Charleston, SC 29414).
