It is with sadness that the passing of Mark Roblin Elam (Charleston, South Carolina) is shared. Mark, born on August 9, 1953, passed away on September 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Raymond Charles Elam and Margaret "Peggy" Roblin Elam; his brother Robert; and his nephew Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Mary Freeman Elam; his son Vitaly "Vee" Edmondston Elam; his siblings, John, Karen and Rick (Teresa); and his nephew Mark.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church Cemetery (2304 N Hwy 17, Mt Pleasant, SC 29466). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carolina Yacht Club (50 E Bay St, Charleston, SC 29401).
