She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Tally Skipper and Mattie Ann Lewis; her husband Alton W. Lewis, Jr.; her son Billy Lewis; her grandson Marshall Sessions; and her son-in-law Pat Barber.

She is survived by: her daughter Judy Lewis Barber; her grandchildren, Lynne Holland (Bill), Bryan Lewis (Susie) and Joanna Long (Bobby); her great grandchildren, Emily Gurka (Stephen) and Lauren Lewis; her great great grandchild Millie Lyn; and her sister Betty Jo Causey.

Memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Lewis' memory to Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17 Chicago, IL 60601.
