She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ann Sternard (Russo) and Paul Sternard. She is survived by: her father Donald Meiner; her mother-in-law Cheryl; her mother Carole Meiner (Sternard); her daughters, Makayla Harrison (Tyler) and Devon Adams (Stanley); her siblings, Brian Meiner, April Meiner and Scott Meiner; and her nieces and nephews, Jayda Meiner, Noah Meiner, Isiah Meiner-Moore and Ava Meiner.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to MUSC in Charleston, South Carolina, in gratitude for the exceptional care Melissa received from the Neuro ICU team during her battle with brain cancer.
