He is survived by: his spouse LaVerne Vanderhorst Robinson; his son Michael Leroy Robinson, Jr.; his siblings, Thomas Robinson, Patrycya R. Rouse (Melvin), Bridgette Robinson, Robert Singleton, Vincent Robinson, Mark Robinson and Terry Robinson; and his in-laws, Robert Trapier, William Vanderhorst, Henry Vanderhorst, Annette Vanderhorst, Lonnie Vanderhorst, Zelpha Vanderhorst, Brenda Robinson (Donald), Sherald Odum-Hutchinson, Debra Moore, Ronald Eugene Bligen, Felicia Vanderhorst, Margaret Greene Kinloch and Joanne Vanderhorst. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel (3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy, Charleston, SC 29414). A reception will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beaufort National Cemetery (1601 Boundary St, Beaufort, SC 29902).
