Neil David Demaree Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Neil David Demaree (Charleston, South Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Neil C. Demaree. He is survived by: his mother Ann Crisp Demaree; his wife Martha Demaree; his daughters, Stephanie Demaree (Adam Fulmer), Melanie Maggy (Matthew Maggy) and Mackenzie Pragdat (Matt); his grandchildren, Iris, Violet, Benjamin and Clara; and his siblings, Becky Scully (Frank), Jim Demaree (Susan) and Susan Hughes (Tony). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel (3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy, Charleston, SC 29414). Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The ALS Association or Wofford College.
