With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia A Fields (Charleston, South Carolina), who passed away on June 27, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Goins and Helen Goins; and her husband Howard M. Fields, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Marcella Lynn Fields, Christy Fields Weisiger (Gregory), Cynthia Lee Larkin (Michael) and Gregory Howard Fields; her grandchildren, Erin Weisiger Willis (Tanner), Annie Leigh Larkin, Rachel Grace Larkin and Michael Howard Weisiger; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte Katherine Willis, Abigail Elizabeth Willis and Benjamin Finn Willis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
