She was predeceased by: her father Winfred V. Nicely, Sr.; and her grandparents, Tom, Celia Helms, Earl and Thelma Nicely.

She is survived by: her mother Audrey Helms Nicely; her brother Nicely, Jr. of Clifton Forge; her aunts, Ellen Snead of Richmond and Dorothy Nicely of Clifton Forge; her sibling's children, Mandy Selman (Chris), John Berkley Nicely and Molly Nicely; her great-nephews, Evan Selman and Cooper Nicely; and her cousins, Steve Nicely, Stephanie Nicely and Tim Nicely.

The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America, Attention: Individual Giving, 2502 N.
