He is survived by: his wife Sherry Roessel; his children, Nicole Hall (Eric Hall) of Charleston, SC and Daniel Rake of Charleston, SC; his granddaughter Stella Grace Rake; and his brother Mark Roessel (Sonia Roessel) of Staten Island, NY.. He is also survived by many sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
